Drayage
- All drayage appointments must be scheduled 4 hours prior to the requested appointment time.
- Forwarders and Airlines must coordinate to have the shipments available at the requested appointment time.
- WFS will do its best to accommodate requested times, in order to do so, we will offer 15 minutes at the collection site for pickup.
- CBP has issued a pipeline granting the CES drayage drivers "Front of line" privileges for collection of CES destined cargo.
- Cargo for which WFS is completing the drayage should be ready for pickup in the same timeframe as it would normally be expected to be available for CBP examination at the Airline/GHA facility.
Perishable Exam
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 4 hours prior to the requested exam appointment.
- CBP has requested the presence of the brokers at CBP Agriculture examinations.
General Facility Requirements
- In order to maintain the flow of cargo, requests for overtime of WFS staff may be given at least 4 hours prior to the close of the facility. These requests will be granted at the discretion of facility management.
- CBP will not permit the distribution of any cargo at the CES facility or on its premises.
- Collection of intact shipments may be coordinated with the CES facility.

- Shipments manifested as a Built-up unit with ULD must be collected with the ULD.
